Oh, they’re real, alright! 100% natural, ethically sourced, and full of good vibes. If a crystal is lab-created, we’ll let you know—no sneaky business here.

🚚Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We send our little crystal and jewelry babies all over the world. Shipping times may vary, but good things come to those who wait.

🚚How long will my order take to arrive?

🇸🇬Domestic orders: 3-7 business days (we’re fast, but we’re not teleportation-fast).

🌍International orders: 7-21 business days, depending on customs and carrier mood swings.

🇸🇬Self Pick-up: Immediate (within24 hours) can be arranged with us.

🚚How much is the shipping fees?

It depends on where you are, but you can check at checkout! We also offer FREE shipping on orders over S$80 because we love you.

🚚Do you offer express shipping?

You bet! If you need your order ASAP (like, for a last-minute gift or an energy emergency), Contact us Directly!

🚚How do I track my order?

We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships! If you don’t see it, check your spam folder—it likes to hide there.

🔄Can I return or exchange my order?

Sure! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days—as long as your item is in brand-new, unworn condition. No funny business!

🔄What about custom pieces?

Custom and personalized items are final sale (because, well, they were made just for you). But if something’s wrong, let us know—we want you to be happy!

🔄What if my item arrives broken?

Oh no! That’s not the kind of energy transfer we want. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

🔄How long do refunds take?

Give us 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Banks take their sweet time, but we promise we won’t ghost you.

💎How do I cleanse and charge my crystals?

Crystals absorb energy, so give them a refresh now and then! Some easy ways:

• Sage smudging (👋byebye to bad vibes bad energy)
• Moonlight/ Sunlights baths (great for full moons!)
• Selenite slabs/ Amethyst/ clear quartz (the crystal equivalent of a spa day)

💎How do I keep my jewelry looking fabulous?

Avoid water, perfume, and lotions, and store your pieces in a dry place. Basically, treat them like you would your phone—keep them safe and away from the pool.

💎Is your jewelry waterproof?

Some pieces are (we will let you know the material), but we recommend keeping them dry for extra longevity. If you forget and wear it in the shower, don’t panic—just dry it off ASAP!

💎Do you offer repairs?

Accidents happen! If your piece needs a little TLC, contact us, and we’ll see what we can do.
